Who this is

svccentric.com is run by SVC Centric Ltd ("SvC Centric", "this site"). This policy covers the public pages of this site and the contact form below, and explains what happens to the information you type into it.

What the contact form collects

The form in the Contact section asks for:

• Name — required.
• Email address — required, so a reply can reach you.
• Organisation — optional.
• Message ("What are you working on?") — required.

The form also has a hidden field used only to catch automated spam. Genuine visitors do not see it and do not need to fill it in; anything submitted through it is discarded automatically and is not sent anywhere.

What happens to it

When you submit the form, your message is sent to contact@svccentric.com and forwarded to the owner's inbox. It is used only to reply to your enquiry, and is not shared with any other organisation, added to a mailing list, or used for marketing.

The site itself does not keep a stored copy of your message once it has been sent; it exists only as the email delivered to the owner. If you would like it deleted, email contact@svccentric.com and ask, since nothing is kept here to delete.

Hosting and delivery

The public pages of this site are hosted on Cloudflare, which also carries the contact form's email to the owner's inbox. No other outside company is involved in handling what you submit through that form.

Cookies

No cookies are set for anyone browsing the public pages of this site. The one cookie this site can create is set only when the site owner signs in to admin tools here, and it lasts eight hours. Visitors browsing normally are not given this cookie.

Analytics and tracking

No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts run on the public pages of this site.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
